Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Associate, you will:
Customer Service:
- Represent Kitchen Stuff Plus with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Build meaningful relationships by offering exceptional service.
- Address and resolve customer concerns or escalate them as needed.
Store Operations:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, features, and in-store promotions.
- Collaborate with team members to meet store goals.
- Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Inventory and Maintenance:
- Assist in replenishing stock and creating attractive displays.
- Perform basic shipping and receiving tasks.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and inviting store environment.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with Store Managers and Shift Leaders to ensure smooth operations.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Basic computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Comfortable using ladders up to 10 feet.
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
