Key Responsibilities
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring an outstanding customer experience, including:
- Building relationships with customers, offering personalized assistance, and delivering world-class service.
- Demonstrating exceptional sales techniques for retail products, custom clothing, and rentals.
- Assisting with store operations, including merchandising, stock counts, and maintaining an organized environment.
- Handling cashier duties at the point of sale.
Physical Requirements
This role requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs. You’ll also need to climb ladders to reach merchandise and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.
