Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Associate, you’ll contribute to the store’s success by performing the following duties:
Customer Service:
- Represent Kitchen Stuff Plus professionally as a store ambassador.
- Provide outstanding customer service to build lasting relationships.
- Resolve and escalate customer issues as needed.
Store Operations:
- Maintain detailed knowledge of products, promotions, and store initiatives.
- Work closely with teammates to achieve store goals.
- Process cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
Inventory and Maintenance:
- Assist with replenishing inventory and organizing merchandise displays.
- Perform basic shipping and receiving duties.
- Ensure the store remains safe, clean, and welcoming.
Teamwork:
- Collaborate with Store Managers, Assistant Managers, and Shift Leaders to maintain smooth operations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and a willingness to learn new systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Comfortable using ladders up to 10 feet.
- Capable of standing and walking for up to 8 hours.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset but not mandatory.
