Job Overview
PVH Canada Inc. is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Part-Time Sales Associate for the Tommy Hilfiger store in Mississauga. As a Sales Associate, you will promote Tommy Hilfiger merchandise, deliver exceptional customer service, and perform operational tasks to support the store's success. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Deliver Tommy Hilfiger’s customer service standards, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience. Build a loyal customer base by offering product knowledge, promotions, and creating rapport with customers.
- Operational Tasks: Assist with stock replenishment, visual presentation, markdowns, and ensuring the store’s appearance is immaculate. Follow operational procedures and loss prevention protocols to ensure store efficiency and safety.
- Sales & Performance: Maintain awareness of store sales goals and individual contributions. Maximize sales opportunities while adhering to TH customer service standards.
- Teamwork & Communication: Participate in store meetings and communicate effectively with management and team members to achieve store objectives.
- Physical & Merchandising Tasks: Execute opening and closing procedures, stockroom management, and store organization. Lift products (up to 40 pounds) and ensure store cleanliness and product presentation.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior retail experience is preferred.
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and time management skills. Ability to adapt to rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
