In this part-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless movement of products from the stockroom to the sales floor. You will maintain high standards in organization, merchandise handling, and teamwork, contributing to an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Efficient Product Handling: Process shipments, restock merchandise, and handle markdowns and displays efficiently to keep products moving.
- Stockroom Management: Keep the stockroom neat, organized, and fully operational, ensuring merchandise, marketing materials, and fixtures are in order.
- Merchandising: Spot and act on opportunities to improve store displays, collaborating with the leadership team.
- Team Collaboration: Assist colleagues with non-stock tasks and provide support on the sales floor when required.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and Asset Protection policies to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
Qualifications
- A passion for American Eagle and Aerie products.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent time management and priority-setting abilities.
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Prior stock-related experience is an asset but not required.
- A collaborative spirit and strong communication skills.
