Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Associate, you will:
Customer Support:
- Welcome customers with a friendly demeanor and provide product assistance.
- Resolve customer inquiries confidently and balance interactions during busy periods.
- Support omnichannel services to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Store Operations:
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Restock products and manage shipments as needed.
- Share details about current promotions and our loyalty program with customers.
Safety and Cleanliness:
- Deliver exceptional service to minimize store loss.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for customers and team members.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We are looking for individuals with the following qualities:

- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- The ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional verbal and written communication abilities.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and pushing.
- Comfortable standing or walking for extended periods and climbing ladders.
- Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
