As a Guard, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring secure operations. Key Responsibilities
As a Guard with Brink’s, you will:
- Ensure Safe Deliveries: Follow assigned routes for secure and efficient client deliveries.
- Operate Armored Vehicles: Drive safely while adhering to all security protocols.
- Maintain Safety: Use your security expertise to ensure a safe environment for clients and colleagues.
- Service ATMs: Load, unload, and repair ATMs for financial institution clients.
- Manage Records: Accurately complete daily route and delivery documentation.
New employees will receive comprehensive training, including extensive driver instruction, to prepare for their duties.
Compensation
- Starting Hourly Pay: $22.07 - $24.07
- Opportunities to transition into full-time roles.

Brink’s is looking for individuals who:
- Are reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused.
- Possess a customer service mindset and enjoy building relationships.
- Are highly organized and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are critical.
- Are physically capable of pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 lbs.
- Hold a valid G Driver’s License (or provincial equivalent).
- Possess a PAL for restricted and non-restricted firearms.
Driver’s License Requirements by Province
- Ontario: G
- For other provinces, requirements range from Class 3 to Class 5.
