American Eagle is hiring part-time Brand Ambassadors to join their team at the Toronto Eaton Centre. As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll be the face of the company, providing customers with an exceptional shopping experience while showcasing your passion for the brand. Whether engaging with customers, sharing product knowledge, or handling sales, you’ll help create a welcoming and positive environment in the store.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Use the AEO Selling Model to connect with guests, helping them find the perfect products with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Product Knowledge: Share your enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products by educating guests and making personalized recommendations based on their needs.
- Brand Loyalty: Encourage guests to join the AEO loyalty program and explore additional brand channels.
- Flexibility: Seamlessly transition between tasks in various zones, including Salesfloor, Fitting Room, Stockroom, and Cash & Wrap.
- Problem Solving: Proactively resolve customer concerns while adhering to company policies.
- Team Collaboration: Support your teammates to achieve goals and maintain a cohesive work environment.
- Integrity: Follow all AEO policies and procedures while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate
- Loves interacting with people and has excellent communication skills.
- Energetic, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, especially during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Passionate about AE and Aerie products.
- Previous retail experience is a bonus but not required.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
