What You'll Do:
- Be the friendly face that greets walk-in visitors and guests.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring its cleanliness and organization.

- Operate the EPBAX system, maintaining accurate call records.
- Receive and meticulously record vendor bills.
- Maintain visitor logs, both physically and electronically using a tablet.
- Prioritize excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

What You Bring to the Table:
- A graduation degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism (preferred) or relevant experience.
- A minimum of two years of experience as a Front Desk Representative.
- Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
- A knack for time management, allowing you to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
