Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Associate, you’ll be a key member of our team, focusing on:
Customer Service:
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Kitchen Stuff Plus with professionalism.
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service.
- Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Sales and Operations:
- Stay informed about product features, benefits, and current promotions.
- Assist team members in achieving store sales goals.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
Stock and Maintenance:
- Replenish stock and maintain organized displays.
- Perform basic shipping and receiving tasks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, and Shift Leader.
- Support other team members as needed to ensure store success.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and additional hours during peak seasons.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Comfortable using ladders up to 10 feet.
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a bonus, but not required.
