Functional Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for the continuous improvement of functional systems, processes.
Contribute to the preparation of timely and accurate functional reports to meet TAQAs requirements, and the functional requirements, policies and standards.
Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.
Drive and review analysis and provide information to contract negotiations during development, operational improvement initiatives, merger and acquisition activity or legal issues.
Oversee and contribute to conducting research and identify opportunities in market rules, market regulations, and power marketing operations for client assets.
Endorse hiring of key positions of given international asset.
Coordinate and monitors external consultants’ work and progress
Flexibility to travel to ensure, if required, appropriate level of engagement on-site.
