1. Electrician


  • Practical and theoretical skills in Electrical Systems
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar field, Hotel experience is preferred.
  • Languages: Conversant in English
  • Should be able to operate, repair, maintain and provide technical attention to inspect all major and minor electrical equipment.

2. Commis Chef


  • Set up station properly and on time for each service period.
  • Make sure all food is prepared by recipes designated by the Chef de Partie.
  • Notify Sous Chef or Chef de Partie of any problems or complaints as when they arise.
  • Test foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently,
  • Proper food rotation - first in - first out.
  • After service switch off and clean oven tops and work areas as well as surfaces.
  • Ensures that guest needs and expectations are met by providing a consistently high standard of food preparation and presentation.

3. Assistant Restaurant General Manager


  • To control the requisitioning, storage and careful use of all operating equipment and supplies for the outlet.
  • To conduct daily pre‑shift briefings to ambassadors on preparation, service and menu.
  • To liaise with the Kitchen and Beverage department on daily operation and quality.
  • To handle all guest complaints, requests and enquiries on food, beverage and service.
  • To establish a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationship and assisting to update guest history.

  • Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.

  • Ensure neat, clean and functionally operating department at all times. 
  • Manage the Hotel’s assets in all areas to protect their long term investment value. 
  • Maintain a register of all service equipment maintenance and breakages; ensure that regular programmed maintenance is carried out to manufacturers’ specifications. 
  • Report any loss or damage to Hotel, guests or ambassador assets on the appropriate incident report form.
