Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the sales team and facilitate the onboarding of new customers.
  • Act as the point of contact between various teams from development to delivery of the product.
  • Maintain and upkeep checklists and other documents related to product delivery.
  • Help the team in preparing product documents, develop new content.
  • Make recommendations for business performance improvement.
  • Support the general business operations and product development.

Preferred skills

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Science/Mathematics/Computers
  • 0-1 year experience in a professional business environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • High attention to detail
  • Proactive qualities with the willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision.
