  • The work required for the receptionist job would be placing orders with our suppliers, receiving, cross checking, stamping, filing and forwarding of the invoices
  • Handling the petty cash and petty cash report, attendance, vacation and Lieu days tracking and reporting to finance team for payroll
  • CCTV camera checking and monthly working confirmation to IT team, fire system check and operating in emergency cases
  • Richemont book sales and inventory, telephone and email answering, welcoming guest and serving of drinks for visitors and during meetings, remove used coffee cups scheduling of the pet control appointments, water filter changes and coffee machine maintenance
  • Handling the laundry pick up, delivery and payment of laundry, keeping track of renewal of contracts, licenses and paperwork related to RMB, requesting quotes for any required services specified.
