Position Summary

This role focuses on providing excellent customer service, maintaining stock organization, and supporting the pharmacy department's operations. As an OTC Associate, you will be responsible for managing product areas, ensuring customer satisfaction, and following store guidelines, all while adhering to Walmart’s core values.
Key Responsibilities
As an OTC Associate, you will be expected to:
- Ensure Patient Confidentiality: Maintain strict adherence to the Privacy Act and protect patient information.
- Support Sales Growth: Work with the Pharmacy Manager to maximize department sales and profits.
- Stock Management: Rotate stock and monitor products for expiration.
- Department Organization: Zone your assigned area to ensure it remains neat and organized.
- Follow Procedures: Comply with all procedures related to ordering, clearance, pricing, and labeling.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the area remains clear of debris and foreign objects.
- Pricing Accuracy: Adhere to the Scanning Credibility Program, maintaining zero pricing errors.
- Equipment Calibration: Assist with the calibration of equipment used in the prescription filling process.
Minimum Qualifications
- Age: 16 years or older.
