As a Team Member, your top priority will be ensuring guest satisfaction. From greeting guests to preparing menu items, you’ll play a vital role in delivering Tim Hortons’ signature hospitality. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive start to their day.
- Prepare guest orders, including coffee, Iced Capps®, donuts, sandwiches, and wraps.
- Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines for food preparation and equipment use.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with fellow team members in a fast-paced environment.
