Position: Part-Time Customer Service Agent 3
Salary: $22.95/hour
Serco Canada is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Agent 3 to join its DriveTest Centre team in Newmarket, Ontario. This position offers an exciting opportunity to assist the public with driver licensing services in a dynamic and high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during the delivery of Driver Examination Services.
- Assist customers with licensing inquiries, document verification, and vision screening.
- Administer written and oral knowledge tests, as well as collect fees for transactions.
- Schedule and dispatch road test appointments while issuing temporary licenses.
- Investigate driver record issues and initiate corrections as necessary.
- Maintain compliance with Ministry and company policies, including confidentiality requirements.
- Support health and safety standards at the DriveTest Centre by maintaining a safe work environment.
- Perform other related tasks, including special projects, as assigned by management.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license.
- Two years of demonstrated customer service experience.
- Intermediate-level computer skills.
- Familiarity with the Highway Traffic Act and related regulations is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive information.
Working Conditions
This role requires both mental and physical effort, including moderate-intensity activities. Shifts may include extended hours and Saturdays during peak periods. Attendance at a formal training program is mandatory, and employment is contingent on passing the training.
