Requirements
- Education: Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
- Experience: Between one to two years in a similar role.
- Language Proficiency: English is mandatory.
Responsibilities
The server will play a pivotal role in ensuring guests receive exceptional service. Responsibilities include:
Customer Engagement:
- Greet patrons warmly, present menus, and provide detailed explanations of menu items.
- Address customer inquiries and offer recommendations tailored to individual preferences.
Order Management:
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, relaying them promptly to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve meals and beverages efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction at every stage.
Payment Processing:
- Present bills, handle payments via cash, credit/debit cards, or traveler’s cheques, and ensure accurate transactions.
Specialty Service:
- Prepare and serve specialty food items directly at customers’ tables.
- Cater to clients or guests with specific needs.
Customer Relations:
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Work Conditions and Physical Demands
- The position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
- Candidates must be prepared to stand for extended periods and perform under pressure.
