Job Overview
Aerie is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join their team as Stock Associates. In this role, you will be the backbone of the store's operations, ensuring that products move efficiently from the stockroom to the sales floor. Your efforts directly contribute to a seamless shopping experience for customers while maintaining AEO’s high standards for organization and merchandising.

Key Responsibilities
- Product Movement: Efficiently process shipments, replenish stock, apply markdowns, and execute merchandising tasks to keep products available for customers.
- Stockroom Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom, ensuring merchandise and fixtures are well-kept and accessible.
- Merchandising Opportunities: Identify opportunities to enhance store displays and collaborate with leadership to implement improvements.
- Team Collaboration: Assist team members with non-stock-related tasks and provide support to customers on the sales floor as needed.
- Safety Standards: Adhere to Asset Protection standards and company policies to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
Qualifications
- A passion for Aerie products and commitment to upholding brand standards.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Flexible availability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.
- Previous stock-related experience is an asset but not mandatory.
