Rogers is seeking enthusiastic and approachable Sales Associates to join its branded retail team. As the face of the company, you will provide exceptional customer experiences by showcasing products and services, fostering relationships, and tailoring solutions to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport to understand customer needs and recommend suitable Rogers and Fido products.
- Sales Achievement: Meet sales goals while identifying opportunities and promoting products such as Wireless, Cable, Internet, and Home Phone services.
- Outreach: Engage with existing customers via calls and texts to drive sales.
- Brand Representation: Represent Rogers and Fido at retail locations and community events.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and connections with customers.
- Commitment to positive customer interactions and satisfaction.
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic store environment and multitask effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to navigate unexpected challenges.
- Minimum age of majority as per provincial regulations.
- Availability to work at least 20 hours weekly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Note: Previous telecom experience is not required; training will be provided.
