Job Overview

As a Sales Associate, you will act as a brand ambassador, building an emotional connection between customers and Calvin Klein by providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the store's success. You will play a vital role in achieving top-line sales results while representing the brand with pride and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Customer Experience: Greet and assist customers with a focus on engagement and suggestive selling to drive sales and improve conversion. Build brand loyalty by maintaining in-depth knowledge of products and promotions.
- Commitment to Efficiency: Execute tasks related to processing, replenishment, cashiering, and marketing directives in alignment with Calvin Klein’s brand standards. Ensure backstock organization and report any potential theft concerns to management.
- Associate Morale: Demonstrate a strong sense of pride and commitment to the brand and customers. Maintain professionalism and respect towards colleagues and customers, embracing individuality, inclusion, and teamwork.
- Collaboration & Innovation: Work together with the team to meet brand goals and embrace company initiatives. Actively seek feedback for continuous self-improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior retail experience is preferred.
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Schedule: Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts.
- Skills: Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, squat for extended periods and carry up to 20 pounds.
