Store Manager
Position Summary:
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing merchandising activities, recruitment, training of new employees, scheduling, and inventory management. The Store Manager ensures the store meets company standards, maintains best practices, and provides excellent customer service.
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum of two (2) years’ retail experience
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in a team management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Team Leader
Position Summary:
As part of the management team, the Team Leader provides support to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations. The Team Leader acts as the Manager on Duty (MOD) in their absence, ensures store opening/closing procedures are followed, and participates in inventory and employee training.
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum of one (1) year retail experience
- Ambitious and looking to grow within the company
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to efficiently organize time and manage priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Store Associate
Position Summary:
The Store Associate performs general operations duties and supports merchandise receiving by organizing products according to company standards. The Associate provides excellent customer service, maintains a safe work environment, and ensures the cleanliness of the store.

- Customer service oriented
- Ability to work in a team

Assistant Store Manager
Position Summary:
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and acts as the Manager on Duty (MOD) when necessary. Responsibilities include managing inventory counts, ensuring adherence to company rules, and participating in recruitment and training activities for new employees.
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum of two (2) years’ retail experience
- Experience in team management
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Assistant Team Leader
Position Summary:
The Assistant Team Leader provides support to the management team and acts as the Manager on Duty (MOD) in their absence. The Assistant Team Leader ensures tasks are completed, store procedures are followed, and employees work safely.
Preferred Candidate:
- Approximately one (1) year relevant retail experience
- Strong organizational, leadership, and teamwork skills
- Ability to efficiently manage time and priorities
- Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
