Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Associate, you will:
Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product knowledge, including features and benefits.
- Resolve customer concerns confidently in a busy retail environment.
- Assist customers in-store and through omnichannel platforms for seamless shopping experiences.
Sales and Operations:
- Process point-of-sale/register transactions promptly and accurately.
- Restock shelves and manage shipments as needed.
- Share current promotions and loyalty program details with customers.
Store Maintenance and Safety:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to minimize store losses.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We’re looking for candidates who:
- Have a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrate strong customer service and engagement skills.
- Exhibit effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Are adaptable and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Comfort with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
- Capability to stand or walk for extended periods and climb ladders.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
