Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Associate, you will:

  • Customer Service:

    • Greet customers warmly and assist them with product knowledge, including features and benefits.
    • Resolve customer concerns confidently in a busy retail environment.
    • Assist customers in-store and through omnichannel platforms for seamless shopping experiences.
  • Sales and Operations:

    • Process point-of-sale/register transactions promptly and accurately.
    • Restock shelves and manage shipments as needed.
    • Share current promotions and loyalty program details with customers.
  • Store Maintenance and Safety:

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service to minimize store losses.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

We’re looking for candidates who:

  • Have a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrate strong customer service and engagement skills.
  • Exhibit effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Are adaptable and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Comfort with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
  • Capability to stand or walk for extended periods and climb ladders.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
