Reporting to the Chief People Officer, we’re seeking an Office and HR Administrator to keep our Brampton office running efficiently. You’ll handle office logistics, HR administration, and support for senior executives with calendar management and travel arrangements. This is a 5-day-a-week on-site role that demands a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual.

Your Role and Impact

  • Office Management: Organize a welcoming and efficient workspace, handling everything from mail to vendor management and safety protocols.
  • HR Support: Maintain employee records, assist with onboarding, and support staff with pay and benefits.
  • Executive Assistance: Coordinate schedules and travel for executives, ensuring smooth planning and communication.
  • Culture Initiatives: Organize team activities, events, and create a welcoming environment that reflects our values.
  • Process Improvement: Enhance HR and office operations, updating workflows and maintaining accurate documentation.

What You Bring
