Role Overview: Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant
As the Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in handling orders and supporting customer service activities. Your day-to-day tasks will include responding to customer calls, emails, and inquiries in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner. You’ll process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that each customer interaction is handled with care.
Other responsibilities involve handling inquiries and complaints with diplomacy, providing alternative product suggestions, and highlighting sales and promotions. You’ll also assist the sales team and various departments as needed, keeping accurate records of all customer transactions. Experience with Netsuite is a plus, as you’ll be using it frequently to manage orders and information.

Preferred Education and Training
